Schools Counselling Service

 


Open Door offers a School Counselling Service, which was established 1995.

 

We provide:

 
  • a tailor made onsite school Counselling Service

  • a Service Level Agreement

  • minimum 1 day / maximum 5 days per week on site Counsellor

  • additional services we can provide - staff training / staff counselling

  • the full support of a long established youth counselling service

  • termly invoicing

  • minimum contract for one Academic Year in the first instance

 

All of our School Counsellors have:

 
  • undertaken Open Door’s ‘recruitment, selection and training’ programme

  • are DBS (formally CRB) cleared

  • are generally qualified to at least Diploma level

  • receive full clinical supervision

  • receive updated Safeguarding and other training

  • are managed by the Director of Services
